Reflexology is a gentle, deeply relaxing treatment in which pressure is applied to points on the feet, and sometimes the hands, that reflexologists understand to relate to different parts of the body.

Reproflexology® is a specialist form of reflexology developed for people on a fertility journey, women and men, whether trying naturally or through assisted conception such as IVF or ICSI. Sessions follow the stages of your cycle or your IVF protocol, so each one fits where you are at that point, with particular attention to the points that in reflexology relate to the reproductive and endocrine systems.

Reflexology has a special place for me. It's where my own training began, and I kept driving over an hour each way for Reproflexology during our own fertility journey.

What to expect

You stay fully clothed, removing only your shoes and socks, and relax on a comfortable couch with cushions and blankets. Most clients find it deeply calming and restorative, and many drift off.
