Most people are surprised by how little they feel. The needles are very fine, and many people drift off once they're in.
Something loose and comfortable. For Gentle Release and reflexology you stay fully clothed.
It really depends on you. Some people come regularly, others every now and again. For fertility and IVF, we'll talk it through in your consultation, and you're always free to choose what feels right.
If you give me 24 hours' notice there's no charge. For less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't arrive, the cancellation charge is 50%.
My hours change from time to time, so please get in touch and I'll let you know what's available at the moment.
